This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on the Cyprus Boat Rentals website at cyprusboatrental.com (the "Platform"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The exact list may change as we add or remove tools. The cookie banner always reflects the current state.
4. Managing your preferences
When you first visit the Platform you see a cookie banner with three options:
- Accept all — sets necessary, functional, analytics, and marketing cookies.
- Reject non-essential — sets only strictly necessary cookies.
- Customise — choose which categories to allow.
You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.
5. Disabling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies directly:
If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform (sign-in, checkout) will not function correctly.
6. Third-party cookies and data transfers
Where third-party providers (analytics or advertising) set cookies, they act as separate data controllers and have their own privacy and cookie policies. Some of these providers transfer data outside the EEA; we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy §5.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by some browsers and treat it as an instruction to reject non-essential cookies. We do not currently rely on legacy "Do Not Track" headers because there is no industry consensus on their meaning.
